ASSISTANCE FOR REGULATIONS ON PRIVACY

The new regulation on privacy (General Data Protection Regulation), applied in all member states since 25 May 2018, has increased the levels of protection of personal and business data.

Its adoption is mandatory: ignoring it can lead to fines of up to 4% of the company's total annual turnover, or up to a maximum of 20 million euros, inexorably damaging the company's reputation.
